Sunday Scaries: The Paralysis of Facing Another Week When Your World is Falling Apart
I'm here to tell you, You got this.
Sunday evenings are meant to be a gentle wind-down, a time to recharge before the start of a new week. But for some of us, those final hours of the weekend can feel like the walls are closing in, like a heavy blanket of dread has been thrown over our shoulders. We sit there, frozen, as the sun goes down, paralyzed by the fear of what lies ahead. I can still feel the anxiety and my throat closes up as I write this.
Before continuing the “story” I want to thank you for being in my world and for subscribing to my paid series because that’s the only way I can keep on creating lots of other content, over multiple platforms, for free. My goal is to empower as many people (especially women) to create the life they want to live and on their own terms. In a society that keeps creating the “norm”, being unique is the only way to go. Where AI is basically “running the show” we need authenticity and connection. And what better way to create it if not by having the conversations and holding space for each other to be who we are meant to be and create the life we are meant to live. Thank you for being here.
